Private Italian Chef

Enjoy a bespoke dining experience with a highly experienced Italian chef. Each course is crafted to highlight the finest seasonal ingredients. We can also tailor the menu to your specific preferences or requests in advance.

  • Course A: ¥10,000 per person (+tax) / Course B: ¥15,000 per person (+tax) / Course C: ¥20,000 per person (+tax)
    Guest Requirements:These rates apply for groups of 4 or more guests.For smaller groups of 2 to 3 guests, only Course C (¥20,000 per person) is available.
  • Chef’s Visit Fee: ¥6,000

Course A: Appetizer, Pasta, Homemade Bread, Meat Main Dish, and Dessert.

Course B: Appetizer, Pasta, Fish Dish, Homemade Bread, Meat Main Dish, and Dessert.

Course C: Special Bespoke Course A fully customized menu tailored to your preferences. Our chef will consult with you to design a unique dining experience for your special occasion.

Fugenji Onigiri (Rice Ball) Set Enjoy a traditional Japanese breakfast featuring the best of Fugenji’s local harvest. This set includes rice balls made with locally grown Fugenji rice, miso soup flavored with "Ikkyu Miso," pickled plums and vegetables from local producers, and savory Tsukudani (simmered topping) made with premium Kyotanabe Gyokuro tea leaves.

  • Price: ¥1,500 (+tax)
  • Service Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays at 9:00 AM (Delivered to the estate).

Western-style Breakfast Set Exclusive to guests who enjoy the Private Italian Chef service for dinner the previous evening. This hearty set includes a hot panini, seasonal soup, fresh salad, and a selection of premium prosciutto and salami.

Tea Ceremony Experience (At the Ito Estate) In the historic setting of the Fugenji Ito Estate, immerse yourself in the spirit of Japanese tea culture. This program offers a unique opportunity to experience the "Way of Tea" and find tranquility through its timeless beauty.

茶筅・茶杓作り (高山地区)

職人の技術を間近に感じながら、茶筅や茶杓の作り方を学び、ご自身の手で製作できる貴重な体験です。

Chasen & Chashaku Making (Takayama District) Visit the renowned Takayama district to learn the craft of making Chasen (tea whisks) and Chashaku (tea scoops). Under the guidance of master artisans, you can witness traditional techniques firsthand and create your very own tea tools to take home.

伊東邸では俳句・短歌・朗読会、結婚式前撮り、会合・会議、食事会・茶会、教室等での時間利用も承っています。

  • 利用金：1時間6,000円（最低5時間〜）
  • 利用時間：9:00 ~ 19:00（平日）

The Fugenji Ito Estate is available for private rentals for a variety of purposes, including Haiku or Tanka poetry gatherings, poetry readings, pre-wedding photography, executive meetings, private dinners, tea ceremonies, and cultural workshops.

Rate: ¥6,000 per hour (Minimum booking: 5 hours)
Available Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
